DAVID ENTWISTLE Beatrice, wife of the late David wishes to thank all those who sent cards, flowers, donations, messages of sympathy and all who attended the funeral. Thank you to all staff on ward G3 at Royal Bolton Hospital. A special thank you to celebrant Dorothy Cooper for her kindness and beautiful service, also to Michelle, Laura and staff at Howarth's Funeral Service for their care and attention shown to us at this sad time.
