MICHAEL FORSHAW GREENHALGH 'Mike' Judith and the Family of Mike would like to sincerely thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind expressions of sympathy, letters, and cards of condolence, and for the love and support shown to them during their recent sad loss. They would also like to say thank you for the generous donations received for C.O.G (The Children's Opportunity Group) in memory of Mike and to everyone who attended the Funeral. Special thanks are extended to The Staff of Ward C2 at The Royal Bolton Hospital and to Father John Daley from St Mary's RC Church. Also to Emma and staff at Bridgewater Funeral Service for the lovely funeral arrangements
