JOHN TERENCE CRITCHLEY The family of the late John Terence (Terry) Critchley wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kindness and sympathy shown to them during their recent bereavement. Words cannot express our immense gratitude to the ambulance service, paramedics, doctors and nurses in Urgent Care and Vascular Surgery as well as the many other specialist staff who attended to Terry and his family at the Countess of Chester Hospital. To the Reverend Alan Pierce for his thoughtful and reflective service and also to Relph's Funeralcare for their exceptional care and guidance after our sad and sudden loss. Finally for the cards, messages of condolence and donations for the Countess of Chester.
