PATRICK EDWARD HAMPSON (PAT) The family of the late Pat wish to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours and Reader Minister Elaine Simkin for kindness, expressions of sympathy, letters and cards of condolence and donations received in their sad loss. They would also like to thank Cowburn Funeral Service, The North West Ambulance Service, staff at The Royal Bolton Hospital especially Mr James Pollard, Nicola Fairclough, the stoma nurses and the staff who cared for Pat in wards CCU & C1, plus all those who attended the church service.
