DEREK JAMES WALSH Pamela, Alison and the family of the late Derek would like to thank, most sincerely, family and friends for their kindness, letters, cards of condolence and donations for Marie Curie and Bolton Masonic Hall received during their sad loss of a much loved husband father and grandpa. A special thank you to all who attended the service at Christ Church, Heaton. Thank you also to the Brethren of St John's Lodge 348 and many Masonic friends and also to the doctors and staff at Heaton Medical Centre. A very special thank you to the Reverend Peter Harley for his support and for a beautiful service. Finally thank you to The Livesey Funeral Service
