LORNA HAMILTON The family of the late Lorna Hamilton wish to express their sincere thanks and gratitude to relatives, friends and neighbours for your kindness, support, cards, letters, flowers, and donations to MyelomaUK. We also thank staff at the Royal Bolton Hospital and Beaumont Hospital Haematology Departments for the care and support given during this difficult time. Thanks to David Dunn, for a comforting service of reflection and celebration; and to Gina West and her team at Shaw's Funeral Care for the warmth, care and respect shown to Lorna and her family at this sad time.
