THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 WATERLOO STREET - TEMPORARY CLOSURE The Council has made an order, operative from 17 June 2019 for 1 day approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Waterloo Street, between Blackburn Rd and Kay St, to enable manhole repair works to take place. Alternative route will be via Turton St. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs. Bolton Council. 10 June 2019.
