THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015, ASTLEY BRIDGE, BOLTON) (AMENDMENT) (NO.) ORDER 2019

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984, its effect will be as follows:-

Deletions:

Selkirk Road North Side - From a point opposite the westerly gable of 36 Selkirk Road for a distance of 35 metres in a westerly direction. Selkirk Road West Side - From a point 28 metres north-east of a point opposite its intersection with the extended south-eastern kerbline of Cheviot Close for a distance of 31 metres in a northerly direction

Additions: Promotion of No-waiting at any time restrictions

Lindean Close North Side - from the intersection of the northerly kerbline of

Selkirk Road for a distance of 35 metres in a westerly direction

Lindean Close South Side - from the intersection of the extended north

westerly kerbline of Selkirk Road to the intersection of the extended easterly

kerbline of the private-road (bus turnaround)

Selkirk Road North Side - from the intersection of the northerly kerbline of Lindean Close to a point opposite the westerly gable of 36 Selkirk Road Selkirk Road North-west side - from the intersection of the extended southerly kerbline of Lindean Close to the intersection of the extended easterly kerbline of the private road (bus turnaround) Private Road West side - from a point 28 metres north-east of Selkirk Roads intersection with the extended south-eastern kerbline of Cheviot Close to the intersection of the extended southerly kerbline of Lindean Close. Private Road East side - from the intersection of the extended north-westerly kerbline of Selkirk Road to the intersection of the southerly kerbline of Lindean Close.

Lindean Cloe South side - from the intersection of the extended westerly kerbline of the private road (bus turnaround) to a point 69 metres west of the extended westerly kerbline of the private-road, and extending for a distance of 6 metres into the southern spur on both sides (as specifically shown on drawing 303933/2)

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984, its effect will be as follows:-

Deletions:

Bolton:

No waiting at any time:

Crompton Way (south) and (north), Tonge Moor Road (west) No waiting restrictions 7:30am-6:30pm: Crompton Way (south) and (north) No loading at any time Tonge Moor Road (west)

Additions:

No waiting at any time Bolton:

Crompton Way (both), Rowton Street (both), Colmore Street (both),

Ripley Street (both), Tonge Moor Road (west)

No waiting Mon-Fri 7:30am-9:30am and 4pm-6:30pm

Danesbury Road (both)

No loading at any time

Tonge Moor Road (west)
