WAITING AND RESTRICTED LOADING AND UNLOADING AND LOADING ONLY BAY) AND (REVOCATION OF EXISTING
WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS) ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council has made the above named Order under sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers as follows:-Introduction of Loading Only Bay (operational on all days at all timesl South Back Rock/Cross Street, Bury - northeast side, from a point 10 metres northwest of the north westerly kerbline of Clerke Street for a distance of 14 metres in a north westerly direction
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council has made the above named Order under sections 1,2,4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers as follows:-Introduction of Loading Only Bay (operational on all days at all timesl South Back Rock/Cross Street, Bury - northeast side, from a point 10 metres northwest of the north westerly kerbline of Clerke Street for a distance of 14 metres in a north westerly direction
Retention of No waiting at Any time & No Loading 8am - 6pm
South Back Rock, Bury - South and west sides from its junction with Cross
Street/Clerke Street in a northerly and westerly direction to a point opposite the
westerly boundary of no 64 The Rock (approximately 80 metres)
South Back Rock/Cross Street, Bury - Northeast side from its junction with Cross
StreetfClerke Street to a point 10 metres northwest of the northwest kerbline of
Clerke Street AND Northeast and northwest side from a point 24 metres northwest
of the northwest kerbline of Clerke Street in a northerly and westerly direction to the
westerly boundary of no. 64 The Rock
A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 22/07/19 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 0EJ. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 22/07/19 apply to the High Court for that purpose. TOTTINGTON) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council has made the above named Order under sections 1,2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers as follows:-Introduction of restricted waiting. Monday - Saturday 8am - 4pm Booth Street, Tottington - North-westerly side, from a point 10m south-east of the south-easterly kerbline of Holly Street for a distance of 41m in a north-westerly direction.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council has made the above named Order under sections 1,2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers as follows:-Introduction of restricted waiting.
