THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 BOLTON ROAD, WESTHOUGHTON -TEMPORARY CLOSURE The Council has made an order, operative from 28th March 2020 for 2 weeks approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Bolton Road, from Central Drive for 1500m in a southerly direction, to enable sewer works to take place. Alternative route will be via Cricketers Way, Park Rd, Manchester Rd. The Order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs. Bolton Council. 23 March 2020.
