The Council has the above proposal under consideration. The reason for this notice is that the proposal is a Major Planning Application as defined by Article 2 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015. Application No: 2020/37726 & 2020/37727 (Full Planning) Proposal: Listed Building - Proposed Alterations including Part demolition, Part change of use of existing mixed use property to form A3 Ground/Lower ground floor space. Together with 3.No residential apartments. Location: 16, Bridgewater Street, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 OAB Applicant: Richard Peel, Mansion House Project Management Ltd The Council has the above proposal under consideration and is required to give notice of it as required by Regulation 67 of the Town and Country Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Regulations 1990 as the proposal relates to the demolition of a Listed Building Application No.: 2020/37745 Proposal: Listed Building Consent - Proposed demolition of the existing conservatory and the construction of a new proposed orangery, remove 2 timber clad flat-roof dormers and erect 1 lead-clad flat roof dormer, conservation roof lights and associated works Location: Shippon, Lymm Hall, Rectory Lane, Lymm, Warrington, WA13 OAJ Applicant: Michael Hamlin
The Council has the above proposal under consideration
and is required to give notice of it as required by section
5A of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation
Areas) Regulations 1990 (as amended) as the proposal
affects the setting of a Listed Building.
