ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
Covid-19 Response - London Rd. Stockton Heath (Disabled Persons Parking Place) Temporary Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Council made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of which is to introduce the following restrictions: -
1. Revoke The Borough of Warrington (Covid-19 Response) (London Road, Stockton Heath) (Suspension of Limited Waiting Bay) Temporary Order 2020 in its entirety.

2. Temporarily suspend the Order specified in Column 1 of Schedule 1 to this Notice to the extent as detailed in Column 2 of the said Schedule.

3. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018 is amended by the addition to Schedule 79 of a Disabled Persons Parking Place as detailed in Schedule 2 to this Notice.

The order will be effective from 30th November 2020 for a maximum period of 18 months & will be effective as & when indicated by traffic signs on site. This Order supersedes any contravening orders. The restrictions are required to facilitate COVID-19 response & recovery measures.
Schedule 1 - Suspension

The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation (Amendment No. 35) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows: -
1. The Borough of Warrington (Traffic Management) (Civil Enforcement) Consolidation Order 2018, is hereby further varied or amended as follows:-
(a) In the 3rd Schedule by the deletion of:- No Waiting at Any Time: Bold St (East Side) - From its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 14m in a northerly direction.

(b) In the 35th Schedule by the deletion of:- Waiting Limited to 1 Hour, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6:30pm. No Return within 1 Hour: Bold St (East Side) - From a point 13.7m north of its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 20m in a northerly direction.

(c) In the 70th Schedule by the deletion of:- Loading & Unloading only Bays between 5am to 9pm, Every Day

Is suspended in so far as it relates to the following:-Schedule 35 - Waiting Limited to 1 Hour, Monday to Saturday 8:00am to 6:30pm, No Return within 1 hour
All that part of the south east kerbline of Academy Way which is Wholly within the limits of the bounded on the south east side by so much of that highway as extends layby & parallel to the kerb, from a point 11 m north east of its jet. with Bridge St, for a distance of 22m, in a north easterly direction.
(d) In the 71st Schedule by the deletion of:- No Loading & Unloading at Any Time: Bold St (East Side) - From its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 14m in a northerly direction.

(e) In the 73rd Schedule by the deletion of:- No Loading & Unloading between the hours of 8:15am to 9:15am & 4:30pm to 6pm, Every Day: Barbauld St (West Side) - From its jet. with Wilson Patten St to a point 15.6m south of its jet. with Stanley St; Scotland Rd (North East Side) - Between a point 13.7m east of its jet. with Winwick St & its jet. with Cockhedge Way.

(f) In the 75th Schedule by the deletion of:- No Loading & Unloading between the hours of 6am to 6pm, Every Day: Cockhedge Way (North Side) - From its jet. with Scotland Rd for a distance of 8.4m in an easterly direction.

(g) In the 3rd Schedule by the addition of:- No Wailing at Any Time: Bold St (East Side) - From its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 19m in a northerly direction; Service Road to No.1 Time Square & Market (Both Sides) - Its entire length.

(h) In the 35th Schedule by the addition of:- Waiting Limited to 1 Hour. Monday to Saturday. 8am to 6:30pm, No Return within 1 Hour: Bold St (East Side) - From a point 19m north of its jet. with Wilson Patten St for a distance of 15m in a northerly direction.

(i) In the 70th Schedule by the addition of:- Loading & Unloading only bays between 5am to 9pm, Every Day

London Rd, Stockton Heath (North East Side) - From the projected building line between properly numbers 29 & 31 London Rd for a distance of 6.6m in a southerly direction.
Schedule 2 - Disabled Persons Parking Places
Column 1
Areas of Highway Designated as Disabled Persons' Parking Places. Each Area described below in this column being an area forming part of the carriageway of a specific highway, as a designated Disabled Persons' Parking Place
Column 2 Special Manner of Standing of Vehicle in Parking Place
All that part of the east side of London Rd which is bounded on the Parallel to the kerb
east side by so much of the edge of the carriageway of that highway as extends from the projected building line between property numbers 29 & 31 London Rd in a southerly direction for a distance of 6.6m, all measured along the said road & which has a width throughout of 2.7m.

The Borough of Warrington (Scotland Road) (Bus Gate) Order 2020 Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an order under Sections 1,2,4,5 & Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & by virtue of the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking & Special Parking Area) (Borough of Warrington) Order 2006 made by Order under Section 43 & Schedule 3 of The Road Traffic Act 1991 & the Bus Lane Contraventions (Approved Local Authorities) (England) (Amendment) (No.8) Order 2006 made by the Secretary of State for Transport pursuant to Section 144 of the Transport Act 2000 & all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be to introduce a 24 Hour Bus Gate (including pedal cycles & taxis) on the length of Scotland Rd which extends from its jet. with the exit from Prince Henry Square Car Park to its jet. with Cockhedge Way, in both directions. The Borough of Warrington (Town Centre) (Various Revocations & Moving Restrictions)
Order 2020
Notice is hereby given that the Council proposes to make an Order under Sections 1,2,3,4 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be as follows: -
1) Revoke the Orders detailed in Column 1 of the Schedule to this Notice to the extent as detailed in Column 2 of the said Schedule; 2) To prohibit any Motor Vehicle proceeding on Winmarieigh St from making a left hand turn at its jet. with Sankey St. Pedal Cycles will be permitted; 3) To prohibit any Motor Vehicle, except for Buses & Taxis, proceeding on the egress from Prince Henry Square (Car Park) from making a left hand turn at its jet. with Scotland Rd. Pedal Cycles will also be permitted; 4) To prohibit any Motor Vehicle, except for Taxis, proceeding on Town Hill from making a left hand turn at its jet. with Scotland Rd. Pedal Cycles will also be permitted; 5) To prohibit any Motor Vehicle proceeding on Moulders Ln from making a left hand turn at its jet. with Academy Way. Pedal Cycles will be permitted; 6) To prohibit any Motor Vehicle proceeding on the Service Road to No. 1 Time Square & Market from making a right hand turn at its jet. with Academy Way.
