Oscars Holdina Ltd has made an application to Bolton Council for a new premises licence for: Hardy Hall, 51-53 Church Street, Bolton, BL3 1BL The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises is: Films, Indoor Sporting Events, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance and Supply of alcohol on and off the premises: Monday to Sunday 10.00-01.30 Live Music: Sunday-Thursday 10.00-01.00 Friday and Saturday 10.00-01.30 Late Night Refreshment: Monday to Sunday 23.00-01.30 Non standard timings for all activities: All Bank Holidays (Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon of a bank holiday weekend) 10.00-02.00 Christmas Eve 10.00-02.00 Boxing Day 10.00-02.00 New Year's Eve 07.00-02.30 New Year's Day 07.00-02.30 Opening Hours: Monday to Sunday 07.00-02.00 New Year's Eve and New Year's Day 07.00-02.30 The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Please note - during the current COV-19 arrangements access to the Town Hall has been restricted. If you wish to inspect this application please contact the Licensing Team at licensing.unit@bolton.gov.uk and details of the application will be share with you electronically. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the Council, that day being 16th February 2021. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 16th March 2021. All representations must be made in writing. Please note during the current COV-19 arrangements all representation must be sent to the Licensing Team electronically, the email address is provided above. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
