Notice of making of a Public Path Diversion Order Highways Act 1980 North Yorkshire County Council Public Footpaths 05.14/60 & 05.14/69, Low Windhill & High Stubbing Farms, Cowling Diversion Order 2021 The above Order, made on 17/08/21, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the Public Footpaths described below. Public Footpath 05.14/69 commencing at SD 9588 4421 & running generally south east, through Low Windhill Farm yard to SD 9620 4396 will be diverted onto a new route commencing at SD 9588 4421 & running south south east to SD 9596 4409 &then to SD 9603 4398 & then to SD 9610 4389 & then running east to its junction with Public Footpath 05.14/18 at SD 9612 4405. Public Footpath 05.14/60 (part of the Pennine Way National Trail) commencing at its junction with Public Footpath 05.14/12 at SD 9614 4426 & running generally south east, through High Stubbing Farm yard to SD 9625 4401, will be diverted onto a new route commencing at SD 9614 4426 & running generally south to SD 9617 4413 &then SD 9618 4410 & then to SD 9619 4405 &then to SD 9620 4405 & then to SD 9625 4401. A copy of the Order & the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Skipton Library, North Yorkshire until 14/10/21. . Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Steve Metcalfe at the above address not later than 14/10/21. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential & may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations & objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
