The following application has been received by the Council and is required to be advertised under the above Acts:
A/21/92272/MAJLA Visitor Centre Pennington Flash Country Park St Helens Road Leigh Re-development of the visitor centre-erection of a modular building comprising cafe (Use Class E), toilets, reception area, and ancillary office space, together with a raised decked area for outdoor seating. Construction of a new overflow car park, reconfiguration of the existing car park, including demarcation of accessible spaces, the provision of electric vehicle charging points, cycle storage, together with the installation of a car park barrier, pay station, automatic number plate recognition system, CCTV system and associated columns, and substation. Upgrade of existing, and the provision of additional lighting columns. Hard and soft landscape works. Other associated works.
