LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972 SECTION 123 (1), (2A) DISPOSAL OF ONE PARCEL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT THE FORMER WHEATFIELDS SITE, OFF VICTORIA AVENUE, WHITEFIELD M45 6DP.
Pursuant to section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972,
The Metropolitan Borough of Bury hereby gives notice of its intention to
dispose of land covering a total area of approximately 2.5 acres at the former
Wheatfield site, off Victoria Avenue, Whitefield M45 6DP.
A copy of the plan showing the position of the land in question is available
by writing in to J Summerscales, Unit Manger - Housing Strategy, Policy &
Performance, Town Hall, Knowsley Street, Bury, BL9 OSW or preferably by
email

This is a formal notice given insofar as the above-described parcel of land consists or forms part of an open space for the purposes of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
Further information or objections regarding the above should be made in writing and addressed to J Summerscales, Unit Manger - Housing Strategy, Policy & Performance, Town Hall, Knowsley Street, Bury, BL9 OSW or preferably by email

to be received by no later than 17/02/2022.
