Pursuant to section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, The Metropolitan Borough of Bury hereby gives notice of its intention to dispose of land covering a total area of approximately 1.69 acres at Green Street, Radcliffe, M26 3ED

This is a formal notice given insofar as the above described parcel of land consists or forms part of an open space for the purposes of section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972.
