THE HAMBLETON DISTRICT COUNCIL (OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hambleton District Council on the 24th February, 2022 made The Hambleton District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) (Amendment) Order 2022 ("Order") in exercise of its powers under Section 35 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004. The Order amends the Hambleton District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (as amended). The Order is to update the existing Order with the following changes to the operation of the Council's car parks. Introduction of coach parking in to the Northallerton Applegarth Long Stay Car Park and the Stokesley Showfield Car Park. Changes to the prescribed hours for charging in the Electric Vehicle charging bays from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Saturday to All hours. This applies to the Northallerton Applegarth Long Stay Car Park, Northallerton Applegarth Short Stay Car Park, Northallerton Hambleton Forum Long Stay Car Park, Thirsk Market Place Car Park, Thirsk Marage Car Park, Thirsk Millgate Car Park, Bedale Auction

Mart Car Park, Bedale Bridge Street Car Park

and Stokesley Showfield Car Park. In all other respects The Hambleton District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (as amended) will remain in full force and effect. A copy of the Order, with the Statement of Reasons and copy of the Hambleton District Council (Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (as amended), can be inspected at the Council Offices, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton during normal opening hours
