NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Counril of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Bright St, Bury (jnct Bell Lane) - Temp Rd Closure.
The closure is in place to enable construction of new crossing
The proposed Order comes into operation on 04/04/22 and remains in force for up to
3 months (Anticipated duration of works 9 days).

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles from proceeding along:-

Sandy Lane, Prestwich - between Knowle Dr & Ladythorne Ave
The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate manhole cover & replacement
works.
The alternative route will be via Hilton Lane, Butterstile Lane and Agecroft Rd West and vice-versa.
The Order comes into operation on Tuesday 29 March 2022 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month, although the anticipated duration of the works is 1 day.

Dumers Ln, Radcliffe - between Manchester Rd & Wellfield CI The reason for the proposed order is to facilitate water mains replacement works The alternative route will be Northbound: Manchester Rd, Radcliffe Rd, Bury Rd, Cross Ln & Bury St AND Southbound: Manchester Rd, Radcliffe New Rd, New Rd, Pilkington Way, Spring Ln, Cross Ln & Bury St

The alternative route will be via Walshaw Rd, Harvey St, Newbold St, Ainsworth Rd, Lowercroft Rd, High St & vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 04/04/22 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately 2 weeks. Dated 24/03/22
