Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 The Bolton (Public Footpath Bolton 080 (Temporary Closure) (No.) Order 2022

The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order not less than seven days from the date of this Notice.

The effect which will be operative from 22nd August 2022 and will prohibit all pedestrian traffic from using Public Footpath Bolton 080 commencing from Thorns Close point A at grid reference SD70844 11528 in a generally south east by easterly direction to Dryburgh Avenue point B at grid reference SD70916 11484; as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1B0IO8O over a total distance of approximately 84 metres.

An alternative route is available commencing from Thorns Close, point A at grid reference SD70844 11528; Thorns Road, Dryburgh Avenue to point B at grid reference SD70916 11484. The Order is necessary to facilitate gas mains replacement work
