NOTICE OF INTENDED DISPOSAL OF AREA OF OPEN SPACE

Notice is hereby given that the Borough Council of Bolton ("the Council") intends to dispose of its interest in land that includes an area of open space at the following locations:

Land at Avenue Street Bolton -Ref LS/HJB/86690
Land off Victoria Road/ Church Street Horwich Bolton - Ref LS/HJB/86661
Part of St Bedes Playing Field Maldwyn Avenue Bolton - Ref LS/HJB/85981
Site of 52 - 80 Lome Street Farnworth Bolton - Ref LS/HJB/86762
Land off Harpford Close/Willand Drive Bolton - Ref LS/HJB/86763

A plan showing the area to be included in the disposal can be inspected during regular opening hours at the One Stop Shop, the Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU. A copy of this Notice and the above mentioned plans are available at: https://www.bolton.gov.uk/parks-pitches-courts/removal-parks-open-spaces/1 Any objections to the intended disposals must be made in writing and addressed to Helen Gorman, Borough Solicitor, Bolton Council, Legal Services Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU, or by e-mail to legal.services® bolton.gov.uk bearing the reference above by no later than 17th August 2022. All objections received will then be considered by the Council.
