waste recycling centre with new vehicular access from Arley Way. The proposed
development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan In force
in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
A/17/83793/LB and A/17/83792/CU Agricultural Building Light Oaks Hall Old Moss
Lane Glazebury Listed Building consent for change of use of agricultural barn to
dwelling. Notice is hereby given that an application for Listed Building Consent to
carry out the above works has been made to Wigan Council.
