THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON THE BOLTON (BRADSHAW/TURTON ROAD AREAS, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.10) ORDER 2017

The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; operative from 20th

April 2017 its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads within the Bradshaw/Turton

Road Area, Bolton, comprising all roads accessed from Bradshaw Brow, Turton Road, Lea Gate,

Bradshaw Road and Tottington Road (West side), as specified in the Order.

A copy of the Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering

Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours.

Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 13th

April 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (MOTTRAM STREET/BACK CHORLEY NEW ROAD, BOLTON) (AMENDMENT) (NO.)ORDER2017

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will

be as follows:-

Bk Chorley New Rd - Both sides - From a point 10 metres south of the intersection of the extended southerly kerbine of Mottram Street to a point 10 metres north of the intersection of the extended northerly kerbline of Mottram Street.

Mottram Street - North-side - From the intersection of the extended easterly kerbline of Back Chorley New Road for a distance of 10 metres in a easterly direction.

Mottram Street- South-side - From the intersection of the extended easterly kerbline of Back Chorley New Road for a distance of 38 metres in a easterly direction.
