BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON THE BOLTON (HEATON AREA, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO) ORDER 2017
The Council propose to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads within the Heaton Area. These comprise roads in the area bounded by Chorley New Road, Devonshire Road, Chorley Old Road, Whitecroft Road, Markland Hill Lane and Old Kiln Lane extending to the west to Bolton Golf Club, as specified in the draft Order. THE BOLTON (LANCASTER AVENUE AREA, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.) ORDER 2017
The Council propose to make an Order under the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984; its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads within the Lancaster
Avenue Area, Bolton. This comprises roads in the area
bounded by Plodder Lane, Bradford Road and Minerva
Road to the east of Royal Bolton Hospital. Additionally
it includes Meadow Walk and Back Tern Avenue (to the south of Highfield Road) as specified in the draft Order. LS/KT/72386
THE BOLTON (SOMERTON ROAD AREA, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.) ORDER 2017
The Council propose to make an Order under the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984; its effect will be to impose
a speed limit of 20 mph on roads to the South of the
A58 Bury Road between Long Lane and Somerton
Road. The Proposed order also includes Winster Drive
and Silverbell Close (off Radcliffe Road), as specified
in the draft Order. LS/KT/72540
