NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been made to the licensing authority of Bolton Council for the granting of a premises licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003. Details of the application are as follows:

Hours Open to the Public Friday-18:00hrs - 23:30hrs Saturday- 12:00hrs - 23:30hrs The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL11RU between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 4.30 p.m. on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of  28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with the | Council, that day being 14 May 2017. The last day for representations to be made will therefore be 11 June 2017. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
