THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (UNION ROAD/YATES STREET, BOLTON) (AMENDMENT) INO.15I ORDER 2017

The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect, which will be operative from 23rd June 2017, will be as follows:

Tootill Close - Both sides - From the intersection of the extended south-westerly kerbline of Union Road for a distance of 5 metres in a south-westerly direction.
Tootill Close - Both sides - From a point 16.5 metres in a south-westerly direction from the intersection of the extended south-westerly kerbline of Union Road to the cul-de-sac end of Toottill Close. Restrictions to include the turning head/cul-de-sac end. Gilbert Grove Both sides - From the intersection of the extended south-westerly kerbline of Union Road for a distance of 5 metres in a south-westerly direction.
Gilbert Grove - Both sides - From a point 22.5 metres in a south-westerly direction from the intersection of the extended south-westerly kerbline of Union Road to the cul-de-sac end of Gilbert Grove. Restrictions to include the turning head/cul-de-sac end. Alders Close - Both sides - From the intersection of the extended south-westerly kerbline of Union Road for a distance of 5 metres in a south-westerly direction.
Alders Close - Both sides - From a point 22.5 metres in a south-westerly direction from the intersection of the extended south-westerly kerbline of Union Road to the cul-de-sac end of Alders Close. Restrictions to include the turning head/cul-de-sac end. Bk Beaconsfield Terrace - S-est side - From the intersection of the extended south-westerly kerbline of Union Road for a distance of 5 metres in a south-westerly direction.
Bk Beaconsfield Terrace - Wst side - From the intersection of the extended south-westerly kerbline of Union Road for a distance of 50 metres in a south-westerly direction.
Union Road - South-west side - From the intersection of the extended easterly kerbline of Yates Streets for a distance of 5 metres in a south-easterly direction.
Union Road - South-west side - From the intersection of the extended north-westerly kerbline of Tootill Close for a distance of 5 metres in a north-westerly direction.
Union Road - South-west side - From the intersection of the extended south-easterly kerbline of Tootill Close for a distance of 5 metres in a south-easterly direction.
Union Road - South-west side - From the intersection of the extended north-westerly kerbline of Gilbert Grove for a distance of 5 metres in north-westerly direction.
Union Road - South-west side - From the intersection of the extended south-easterly kerbline of Gilbert Grove for a distance of 5 metres in a south-easterly direction.
Union Road - South-west side - From the intersection of the extended north-westerly kerbline of Alders Close for a distance of 5 metres in north-westerly direction.

A copy of the Order, plans and statement of the reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton during office hours (by tel 01204 336677). THE BOLTON (SOMERTON AREA, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.16) ORDER 2017
The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; operative from 23rd June 2017; its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads to the South of the A58 Bury Road between Long Lane and Somerton Road. The Order also includes Winster Drive and Silverbell Close (off Radcliffe Road), as specified in the Order. A copy of the Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours. THE BOLTON (DAISY HILL/THE HOSKERS AREA, BOLTON) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO.17) ORDER 2017
The Council have made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984; operative from 23rd June 2017; its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on roads within the Daisy Hill/The Hoskers area Bolton. These comprise residential roads in the area to the south of the Manchester/Wigan rail line between Leigh Road and Wearish Lane and Hydrangea Close to the east of Leigh Road as specified in the Order. A copy of the Order, plans and statement of reasons may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours. Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 16th June 2017 apply to the High Court for this purpose. ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1) THE BOLTON (RESTRICTED BYWAY 288 BOLTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.) ORDER 2017
The Borough Council of Bolton intends to make an Order, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice. The effect of this Order which will be operative from 25th June 2017 will be to prohibit both vehicular and pedestrian traffic from entering, proceeding or waiting on Restricted Byway No.288 Bolton commencing from a point to the south west of Aspinall Way, Horwich; point A at grid reference SD 364124 409321 in a generally south-southwesterly direction to point B at grid reference SD 364112 409298 as shown by the bold black line on the Order plan 1Bol288 over a total distance of approximately 24 metres. An alternative route is available commencing from Public Footpath Bolton 509; point A at grid reference 364124 409321, then Arena Approach, Public Footpath Bolton 285, Public Footpath Bolton 501 and Public Footpath Bolton 289; point B at grid reference SD 364112 409298 as shown by the blue line with arrowheads on the Order plan 1Bol288. The closure is necessary to facilitate essential bridge maintenance. The Order will be operative from 25th June 2017 until 12th July 2017, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
