THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (HIGH BANK ROAD, BURY AND SANDY CLOSE, BURY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-NO WAITING AT ANY TIME
High Bank Road, Bury - South side, from the westerly kerbline of Manchester Road for a distance of 15 metres in a westerly direction; and
North side, from the westerly kerbline of Manchester Road for a distance of 24 metres in a westerly direction; and
North side from a point 5 metres northwest of the projected westerly kerbline of Sandy Close to a point 5 metres southeast of the projected easterly kerbline of Sandy Close
Sandy Close, Bury - Both sides from the projected northerly kerbline of High Bank for a distance of 5 metres in a northerly direction
A copy of the Order (including the exemptions contained in it) which comes into operation on 30 June 2017 and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Order may be inspected at 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury BL9 OEJ. If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any provision contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act, or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may within 6 weeks of 30 June 2017 apply to the High Court for that purpose. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough has made the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows :-
REVOCATION OF ON STREET DISABLED PARKING BAY AT TURTON STREET, TOTTINGTON (OUTSIDE NO. 33)
South side, from a point 11.8 metres northwest of Worsley Street for 6.6 metres in a north westerly direction
