THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN (WHALLEY CRESCENT, DARWEN, BLACKBURN) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2018
NOTICE Is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, propose to make the above Order under Section 14(1 )(a) of the Boad Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to allow works to facilitate telecoms work. The effect of the Order is to close Whalley Crescent - From Ellenshaw Street from no's 2-24 Whalley Crescent, Darwen. The Order will come into force on 31st January 2018 and shall continue in force for a period of eighteen months or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier. There is no alternative route for affected traffic. Access for pedestrians will be maintained at all times.
