NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

King Street, Ramsbottom- Temporary Road Closure.
The reason for the proposed order is to enable the build of a new manhole in the carriageway.
The diversion route will be along - Railway Street, Irwell Street, Palatine Street, Union Street and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into operation Monday 05 February 2018 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month, (between approx 9.00am and 5.00pm) anticipated duration of works is 1 week. Dated 25th January 2018 Council Solicitor

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Footpath 115BUR Radcliffe East, Radcliffe - Temporary Footway Closure. To enable construction works as part of the Radcliffe East Cycleway (PIE) Scheme. The alternative diversion route is via Footpath 14SA, Footpath 15SA and Footpath 185BUR and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into operation on Sunday 04 February 2018 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, (Anticipated duration of works - 2 weeks, between approximately 8.00am and 6.00pm). Dated 25 January 2018 Council Solicitor

TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2018
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury intend in not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

1) Southfield Avenue, Bury - at its junction with Walmerlsey Road.
2) Limefield Road, Bury - at its junction with Walmerlsey Road
3) How Lane, Bury - at its junction with Walmerlsey Road

The reason for the proposed order is to enable Virgin media to carry out Fibre Service works. The alternative route for the Southfield Avenue closure will be via Walmersley Road, Burrswood Avenue and How Lea Drive and vice-versa. There are no alternative routes for the How Lane and Limefield Road cul-de-sacs. The proposed Order will come into operation on Sunday 04 February 2018 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month, although the anticipated duration of the works is approximately one day.
