THE BOLTON (COX GREEN ROAD, BOLTON) (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) (NO.2) ORDER 2018
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect which will be operative from 9th March 2018 will be:-
Revocation:
The Greater Manchester County (Cox Green Road, Bolton) (Prohibition of Driving) (Traffic Regulation) (Borough) (No.2) Order 1975
Prohibition of Driving:
Cox Green Road - From a point 27 metres south east of its intersection with the extended south easterly kerbline of Great Stones Close, for a distance of 404 metres in a south easterly direction.
A copy of the Order, plan and statement may be viewed at Highways and Engineering Division, 3rd Floor, Paderborn House, Civic Centre, Bolton, during office hours (by tel 01204 336677). Anybody wishing to question the Order's provisions or validity may, within 6 weeks from the 2nd March, 2018 apply to the High Court for this purpose.

THE BOLTON (REGULATION OF WAITING, LOADING AND UNLOADING) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2015 (HULME ROAD, STONECLOUGH, BOLTON) (AMENDMENT) (NO.) ORDER 2018
The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will be
as follows:-
Additions:
No Waiting At Any Time:
Hulme Rd, Stoneclough, Bolton both sides from a point 18m north of the extended northerly kerbline of Ringley Meadows at its northern junction with Hulme Rd, to a point 18m south of the extended southerly kerbline of Ringley Meadows at its northern junction with Hulme Rd.

The Council proposes to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will be
as follows:-
Deletions:
Revocation of No-Waiting at any time restriction
Bolton:
Church St west side from a point 15m south of the southerly kerbline of Wellington St to a point opposite the gable of 311 Church Street;
Church St west side from a point 15m north of its intersection with the extended northern kerbline of James St to a point 15m south of its intersection with the extended southern kerbline of James St. Additions:

Bolton:
Church St west side from a point 15m south of its intersection with the extended southern kerbline of James St to a point opposite the gable of 311 Church Street;
Wellington St south side from a point 10m west of the extended western kerbline of Wood Vale to a point 10m east of the extended eastern kerbline of Wood Vale;
Wood Vale both sides from the intersection of the extended southern kerbline of Wellington St for a distance of 10m in a southerly direction;
Wood Vale both sides from a point 70m in a southerly direction from the intersection of the extended southern kerbline of Wellington St to the cul-de-sac end of Wood Vale.
THE BOLTON (WOOD VALE, WESTHOUGHTON, BOLTON) (20MPH SPEED LIMIT) (NO) ORDER 2018
The Council propose to make an Order under Sections 82, 83 and 84 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, its effect will be to impose a speed limit of 20 mph on Wood Vale.
