Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Bolton Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, 150 Tonge Moor Road, Bolton, BL2 2HT. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. The opening hours of the premises are Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 20:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 16:00. Any representations by an interested party or respon­sible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Team, Bolton Council, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton, BLI IRU, no later than 25 April 2019 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Bolton Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - www.bolton.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fineforwhicha person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
