THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (BRIDLEWAY NO.67 GIGG MILLS FOOTBRJDGE/ROCH VALLEY GREENWAY, BURY) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles from proceeding along:-

Bridleway No. 67 Gigg Mills Bridge/Roch Valley Greenway, Bury - Temporary Footway Closure.

The temporary closure is to enable assessments and refurbishment works to be carried out on Gigg Mills Bridge as it is unsafe for public use. The alternative route will be via Gigg Lane, Manchester road, Pilsworth Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will come into operation on Thursday ll-April-2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 6 months, (Anticipated duration of works - 6 months).

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1) THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (MYRTLE GROVE, WHITEFIELD) TEMPORARY CLOSURE ORDER 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Metropolitan Borough of Bury have made an Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicles fiom proceeding along:-Myrtle Grove, Whitefield - Temporary Road Closure

The closure will come in to place to enable the essential drainage connection works to be carried out.

Alternative route will be via Clough Grove, Spring Grove and vice versa. The proposed Order will come into operation on Monday 08-April-2019 and shall remain in force for a period of up to 1 month, (Anticipated duration of works -2 days)
