I am a senior reporter at the Bury Times. I achieved a gold standard NCTJ Diploma (National Council for the Training of Journalists) in Multimedia Journalism via News Associates Manchester followed by an NQJ via Newsquest after leaving my former career in PR and communications. I am also an NCTJ Ambassador. I grew up on a council estate in Bury and genuinely love my hometown. I cover most topics from the whole borough (Bury, Radcliffe, Tottington, Ramsbottom, Whitefield and Prestwich), alongside covering breaking news shifts for the Lancashire Telegraph, The Bolton News, The Oldham Times and Messenger.
