Why put up council tax?
I WOULD like to question Cllr Cliff Morris’ judgement on the raising of the council tax.
Why? Knowing how hard the people of Bolton are finding it to pay their bills. He decided to reject the money on offer from the Government and put the council tax bills up.
I would like to ask Cllr Morris, on behalf of the hard-working people and pensioners, who still have to pay their way: Do you realise what effect all these cutbacks are having on people or do you care?
