It's time the brain boxes in the town hall got their priorities right and spent money where it is needed - like the pavements in Knowsley Street. I have walked on safer building sites; flags uneven and a plinth of concrete sticking up about four inches and about seven feet square outside Debenhams. Health and Safety has certainly gone out of the window.
