HAVING followed your recent article regarding 20 mph speed limits and their effectiveness, I live on Bottom o'th' Moor, Horwich.
There appears to be a discrepancy in the limit, depending on which end you enter the road from.
On entering from one end it's clearly marked as a 20 mph speed limit. On entering from the other end it's clearly marked as a 30 mph speed limit.
Considering the amount of money, which I believe to be £825,000, that has been spent, I would expect a better standard of efficiency than than the one described.
