YESTERDAY I went to Moss Bank Park with my daughter and two grandchildren.
I was totally disgusted with the state of the toilets.
I was wondering when the Health Inspector did any inspecting.
I don't think they are any different now than they were when I was a little girl.
Needless to say, we did not use them.
Where, oh where, is our council tax going?
