IF you Google “feeding ducks, swans and geese”
you will most likely find that stale, green mould bread and chapattis are not on there.
Green and black bread, thick with mould has been regularly deposited on the grass in the park entrance off Redcar Road, LIttle Lever, and around the duck ponds.
Many dogs have been very poorly recently, necessitating frequently expensive trips to their vets. If you can’t eat it then why give it to our wild life? Put stale food in your recycling bin — don’t kill our animals and wildlife. It makes sense. If you can’t eat it then why give it to anyone else.
We need a name and shame policy in Little Lever for this and the ever growing habit of leaving dog poo.
Sick-of-it.
