IT’S a pity there isn’t the legislation to allow convicted fly-tippers to have dumped rubbish put back on their own doorsteps.
Seeing the 20 tonne, 12 feet high pile of rubbish which last week blocked the access road to Firwood Industrial Estate in Bolton, “returned” to its original owners would have been beautiful justice for all those so badly affected by such criminally selfish action.
