Moor Lane bus station.
WITH regards to Moor Lane bus station to be used as a car park. How would this help Bolton Market increase its footfall? Does this mean people who visited the market by bus have suddenly all bought cars? I don't think so.
People with cars will still go to Bury Market. Or if you use the bus, when you get off at Bury you are straight on the market. Also, if Cllr Nick Peel knows anyone who can walk from the market to the interchange in less than five minutes fully laden with shopping bags they should consider entering the Olympics.
