THE ‘rock and roll’ circus described as Cirque du Soleil meets Tarantino is celebrating its 25th anniversary in 2020.

Circus of Horrors first shocked audiences at Glastonbury Festival in 1995.

Since then the daredevil troupe has enjoyed worldwide success, storming onto the final of Britain’s Got Talent in 2011.

The circus – led by ringmaster and founder Doktor Haze – mix death defying thrills, creepy and kinky theatrics and blood-curdling comedy with a raucous rock soundscape.

And the performers, who have joined the group from all over the world, are pulling out all the stops for the milestone year.

The 25th anniversary tour reaches the Parr Hall on Saturday, February 29, with tickets available now.

Holly Jones, from Parr Hall, said: “This astounding show is guaranteed to take you on a rock ‘n’ rollercoaster ride of bizarre and death-defying stunts.

“Get ready for an experience that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat - when you’re not falling off it with laughter.”
