REGGAE-rock band Jeremiah Ferrari will be hoping to get the crowd going when they play before Bolton Wanderers’ match against Manchester City on Saturday.
The four-piece won the opportunity to play at Eastlands via the Manchester City website — so bassist Hanson Pollitt will be keeping his Wanderers allegiances tightly under wraps.
“I think it’ll be amazing, although it is quite daunting,” said Hanson. “It could potentially be 20,000 to 30,000, so we’re all a bit scared, but we’ll be getting some practise in.”
The Leigh band will be playing Manchester City’s song, Blue Moon, and their own single Mindless Riots, which was inspired by the rioting last summer.
