A DETACHED house has been given the go-ahead on an unused plot of land in Sharples.
Plans for the four-bed property on the site next to 54A Bramley Road were submitted after Bolton Council refused to allow a pair of semi-detached homes in April.
But the council's planning and highways committee unanimously approved the latest scheme.
