A FORMER church will be demolished under plans to develop the site for a small housing estate.
Northwold Investments has drawn up plans for the site of St Peter's Methodist Church in St Helens Road, Daubhill, which include five townhouses and a separate five-storey building.
That would include basement parking, 19 apartments and four ground floor retail units.
