A WOMAN driver has been banned for two years after she was found her guilty of failing to give a breath sample to police.
The case against Lynda Chandon, aged 52, of Darwen Road, Bromley Cross, was found proved in her absence at Bolton Magistrates Court.
She was also fined £170 and ordered to pay £300 costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
