YOUNGSTERS at a Farnworth school now have access to life-saving equipment thanks to a donation from a heart support group.
Children and teachers at Cherry Tree Primary School were presented with a defibrillator purchased by the Bolton ICD Support Group. The school was nominated for the equipment by Zoe Garland whose son Declan attends the school.
The cash for the defibrillator was raised by the Bolton ICD Support Group’s Ladies Pamper and Shopping Day in July.
