FIREFIGHTERS in Farnworth “scrubbed up” well during a charity car wash.
Crews spent the day washing and waxing in a bid to raise money for the firefighters charity which helps injured firefighters.
Watch manager Darren Banks said: “It was a successful day and we had a steady flow of cars coming for a wash, it was good to do something for the firefighters’ charity.”
