HISTORY fans are invited to the next meeting of the Halliwell Local History Society.
The meeting will take place on Tuesday, March 25 in St Luke’s Vicarage, Chorley Old Road.
The speaker will be Dr Paul Hindle who will present the talk Off the Beaten Track — Unusual Roads in Britain.
Admission is 50p for society members and £1 for guests.
