A RADLIFFE woman has been charged with failing to notify the Department for Work and Pensions of changes to her circumstances.
Shima Mohebi, 30, of Launceston Road, is also charged with failing to disclose to HMRC that she was living as husband and wife with Earl Chadwick and dishonestly failing to notify Bury Council about a change of circumstances. Mohebi will appear at Bolton Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
