A DRINK-driver caught twice over the legal limit has been banned from the road for three years.
Karl Waterworth, aged 26, of Second Avenue, Heaton, admitted driving a Volkswagen Golf on Marsh Fold Lane in Bolton while over the legal alcohol limit on December 14 last year.
He was found to have 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath — the legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
He was fined £110, ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge, pay £100 court costs and banned from driving for three years.
